COME WITH ME LP (THREE VERSIONS: ORIGINAL, GUEST, INSTRUMENTAL)
"I'm kinda like a blonde (less good looking) Vincent Gallo, but with self-irony."
Peder started out as a scratch D.J. and household remixer for the Beastie Boys. Now he’s a singer that makes dusty 50s prom music from your sweet nightmare and a film composer with music featured in Breaking Bad & Wolfpack. He is also an award winning director (Saatchi & Saatchi’s New Directors Showcase, Cannes Lions 2014).
Throughout his two-decade-long career, Danish multi-talent Peder has successfully moved with apparent ease through numerous creative disciplines and has proven to be an unusually versatile artist.
He’s a former member of cult hip-hop band The Prunes, has made 5 remixes for the Beastie Boys, and has had his work released by legendary labels Mo Wax, Ubiquity Records + Grand Royal. In Denmark, he is most famous for being an actor and one half of the platinum-selling comedy duo Gramsespektrum or at the moment as a rapper with an udder in the unorthodox smash hit musicv ideo for XtraNaan.
On his fourth solo album, Peder returns to the crunchy, dirty vibe of his award winning debut album “And He Pointed to the Sky”, but with ties to a David Lynchian vibe and French fairytales. And this time it is with himself behind the mic – but then again not really. Aside from the original version of the album, an additional Guest Version will be released. The Guest Version”features Peder’s Danish favorite singers, singing the exact same songs and the record will be a strange metaphysical copy of the original with only the voices changed.
Guests include Coco from Quadron, Jonas Bjerre from MEW, Oh Land, Jacob Bellens and Sleep Party People amongst others. “Come With Me” will be released under Peder’s own label, Lizardshakedown.
